To the Beach Again

From the looks of my blog, it appears we spend all our time at the beach. We don't. But we really like the coast, so we go when we can. We spent last Saturday with all the family picnicking at Dillon Beach.
Owen, Hadley, Talby, Guildy, Grandma Linda & Grandpa Doug

Zech and Brianne's niece Georgie doesn't get alot of beach time in the Livingston, MT area, so she was thoroughly enjoying the sand.

And everyone enjoyed the s'mores:o)

Oatus has got to be the sweetest little guy ever. He and Talby are pretty good pals.
Prior to this weekend, Talby was pretty neutral about Grandma Linda, but  now, like her sisters, Talby has decided that G'ma does in fact deserve celebrity status.

Wilsey the sheep dog dutifully watches her little band of people....and cleans up when the kids drop food.
Zech and Brianne....and one of Milli's hands peeking out.

The Bent's Visit

Our good friends from Bozeman, Jeff and Bonnie, made the huge trek out here a couple weeks ago. We had so much fun, and I think they did, too. Josh and Jeff built a couple spec houses in 2005-06, so they are pretty much Construction Soul Mates. They worked on our house remodel project and got a lot done.
Their very sweet almost-3-year-old Nick LOVED feeding the goats!
Such a cutie!!

Of course, we had to go to the park. It was blizzarding the day they left to come here, so they appreciated the California sunshine.
Always a fan of the park

We went out the coast for a day, but the weather was awful and we nearly froze the children to death. Even in bad weather, the Goat Rock beach is still pretty impressive.

Unsure about climbing out on the big tree....

But with Dad's help, it was okay...
