Grown Up Girls

Guildy went to work with Josh this morning. They are breeding the registered cattle right now, and because it's so hot, they have to get going early. So they were up and gone by 4:00 a.m. and worked at the chutes till 3:00 this afternoon.  From what I hear, Guildy ran gates and pushed calves through the chutes the whole day and never complained. Can't believe she's old enough to be doing all that!

Hadley has very few livestock related inclinations, so we stayed home and had a tea party....

.....and painted. She said this painting is "A Butterfly Bride."

Family Time

We've had lots of good family visiting the past few weeks. I didn't take many pictures, but here are a few from Grandpa Doug's and Lynn's birthday party on July 3rd.

Guildy and Hadley are definitely Uncle Lex's biggest fans. And that's saying quite a lot considering his international soccer status!
