Last year, Hadley made a gigantic mess, so I assumed naked was best for this year's attempt. But she mustered all her self control and did a really good job!
Our homemade dye consisting of hot water, vinegar, and food coloring made some great colors, but they kind of rub off when you take the eggs out of the fridge and they start to "sweat" in the humidity.
After the eggs were done, the girls painted paper towels with the left over dye.
